Year: 5th, yes indeed, getting up there!
Appearance: A bit portly, a bit of scraggly blond hair on his head, blue eyes—well what do you want? Quidditch doesn’t require any models!
Personality: Well, Dai’s nickname is “Dangerous” Dai Llewellyn, so that ought to give you a hint. He fully believes in living each day to the fullest, and not worrying too much about the past or the future. Even at this age, he’s a huge fan of Quidditch, and has played on the Hufflepuff team as a Beater since 2nd year. He’s known for his spectactular (or spectacularly stupid) moves to try and win the game. He’s also a fan of Care of Magical Creatures, and if he can’t get onto a Quidditch team when he graduates, he’d like to get into something like Dragon wrangling (is there such a position? Anyone want to check? No? Well, nevermind. We’ll find out eventually).
History: Well, the whole family's proudly Welsh, in the first place; Dai’s muggle pop is a pretty laid back guy, which is why he didn’t mind so much when he found out his girlfriend was a witch. His mum, on the other hand, frets about every injury he suffers at Quidditch (most of them his fault), though she’s very loving. He’s grown up in a nice family, there’s no reason for him not to have a healthy self-esteem, now is there? He’s got a 9-year-old younger brother, Gawain, who tries to emulate him, much to his mother’s chagrin.
